This guide will show you how to install and activate the RioVizual plugin on your WordPress website. It will also explain how to activate your license so you can receive all updates and access premium features.

Server & Hosting Requirements

Before installing RioVizual, make sure your hosting environment meets the minimum requirements. This ensures that the plugin runs smoothly and delivers the best performance for your website.

Minimum Requirements

• WordPress Version: 6.4 or higher
• PHP Version: 7.4 or higher
• MySQL Version: 5.7 or higher (with InnoDB support)

1. Installing RioVizual (Free Version) #

This is the standard method for installing the core RioVizual plugin, which is free and available from the WordPress Plugin Directory.

1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Navigate to Plugins → Add New.
3. In the search bar, type “RioVizual” and press Enter.

4. Find the RioVizual plugin and click Install Now.
5. Once installation is complete, click Activate.

Your free version is now active and ready to use.

2. Installing RioVizual Pro Addon (Requires Base Plugin) #

If you’ve purchased RioVizual Pro, you will need to upload and activate the Pro Addon. Make sure the free base plugin (from step 1) is installed and active before proceeding.

Download the Pro Addon

1. Log in to your RioVizual account.
2. Navigate to Applications.
3. Download the RioVizual Pro (.zip) file.

4. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
5. Navigate to Plugins → Add New.
6. Click the Upload Plugin button.
7. Click Choose File, select the RioVizual-Pro.zip file you downloaded, and click Install Now.

8. After installation, click Activate Plugin.

RioVizual Pro is now installed.

3. Activating Your RioVizual Pro License #

To receive automatic updates, and pro features, you must activate your license.

1. Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Navigate to RioVizual → License (from the dashboard widget or left sidebar).

3. In the “License Key” field, enter your unique License Key and Click the “Activate” button.

4. After successful activation, you will see a confirmation message: “Your License Key is activated” and the status will update to Active.

5. If you encounter an error, double-check your license key for typos and ensure your site is able to connect to the RioVizual licensing server (no firewall blocks, DNS issues, etc.).
